Partner with the best You will be responsible for the management of all the soft services and hard services of a new Manufacturing Facility specifically designed for the productions of modules for energy applications, You will be responsible for the definition of the strategy for the new investments (P&E) and the following execution once approved.
You will oversee the management and control for the following commodities: Maintenance, Fixture&Tooling, Eng Services, Facility, Utilities, Esternal Service & Labour, and for the continuous improvement projects to reduce cost and improve quality, for energy management and for all the initiatives to reduce CO2 in our facilities for reach the CO2 reduction target in 2030 and 2050.
As a Facility Manager you will be responsible for: Managing all the soft services (cleaning, waste, gardening, canteen).
Defining the strategy for the new investments (P&E) and the following execution once approved.
Handling budget definition, management, and control for the following commodities: Maintenance, Fixture&Tooling, Eng Services, Facility, Utilities, Esternal Service & Labour, and for the continuous improvement projects to reduce cost and improve quality.
Handling Energy Management and all the initiatives to reduce CO2 in our facilities to reach the CO2 reduction target in 2030 and 2050.
Coordinating construction operations of main assets of the new Plant under development.

Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university Have 10+ years industry experience, with Global Supply Chain and Facility Management as background Available to be relocated in other location on Calabria Have effective problem identification and solution skills Display very good communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence others Have excellent customer service mindset Have knowledge of standard business and accounting practices.
Demonstrate good organizational, management, and supervisory skills.
