Facility Management Assistant (Fluent in english language)

Adecco Italia is looking for a FACILITY MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT

The profile will be working in one of the Offices located in Rome as a member of the Facility Management Sector under the supervision of the Country Team Leader and in cooperation with the management team of the relevant sectors.
He/she will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Assist in controlling in and out flow of guest ensuring proper gust reception and maintaining lobby and reception area
• Support in managing office correspondence and sorting incoming mails and queries
• Supporting in maintaining up-to-date supplies storage and stocking
• Managing outgoing and incoming parcels and assisting to record all the manifest sheet at ERDMS
• Providing assistance with booking meeting rooms as required
• Support organizing transportation arrangements for staff and guests
• Recording and updating inventory for visibility materials
• Assisting with other office activities and tasks as required to support our colleagues in the office assigned by line manager or coordinator
• Draft documents and/or minutes as requested
• Perform any other duties in the interest of the service

Request availability for a fixed-term contract until 31. 08. 2025 (renewable)
