The successful candidate will join our multi-discipline and cross-national team supporting in the development of projects in renewables sector.

YOUR NEW ROLE, WHATS INVOLVED?
As a junior engineer, you will support routine engineering tasks that require applying basic engineering principles and following established methods. Your responsibilities will include performing specific portions of larger assignments, compiling and verifying data, and assisting in the preparation of designs, studies,
In addition to technical work, you will use computer programs as directed and help prepare material requisitions, specifications, and similar documents. Collaboration is key, and you will coordinate your tasks with other technical staff as needed. You'll also assist in the development and verification of project control documents and help track project status. This role offers a strong foundation in engineering processes and supports professional growth through hands-on experience in a team-oriented environment.
WHAT IF IT WAS YOU?
We are looking for a junior engineer with at least one year of experience and a degree in Environmental Engineering, ideally with a focus on renewable energy. You should have a good understanding of regulatory codes, design standards, and layout criteria relevant to the field. Familiarity with constraint analysis (across national to local levels), hydrology, geology, and geotechnical aspects is important, as well as experience supporting Environmental Impact Assessments and landscape analysis. Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, GIS, the Microsoft Office suite, and preferably BIM is beneficial.
This role suits someone who is developing into a consultant or designer, capable of producing quality work within scope, schedule, and budget. You’ll work under the guidance of senior engineers and collaborate with other technical teams. A strong work ethic, willingness to take on various tasks, and the ability to accept and apply feedback are key. You should also demonstrate potential in both technical and soft skills, manage your workload effectively, and begin to build a network within the organization to support your professional growth.
Lastly, being able to converse in Italian and English is essential.
