Work area: Latina and sometime Pratica di Mare Contractual situation: 6 month fixed term Responsabilit The post holder will: • Supports Labor / Employee Relations Cluster Leader to provide a high level of service to employees, HR Community and Business Leaders. • Works closely with HR business partners and relevant stakeholders on all employee and labor relations topics. • Serves as the first line contact to human resources by providing guidance and assistance to employees for policy inquiries and employee related issues. • Provides employee relations support, including conflict resolution, disciplinary action, and performance improvement counseling. • Communicates policy updates and changes to HR Council, business and employees.
Functie-eisen The ideal candidate possess: Law degree Previous knowledge of Employment and Labor Relations laws, regulations and practices is considered a plus Proficient in English (experience of HR activities managed in english, i. e. : conf call, trainings, written communications etc. . . ) Very good knowledge of MS office tools and platforms University Good logical and tactical thinking, Strong communication skills La ricerca è rivolta ai candidati ambosessi (L. 903/77).
