MISSION Enable Ficosa to develop and execute its strategy by developing an appropriate local organization that is professional, motivated and involved with the country objectives through designing and implementing Human Resources policies, fostering Ficosa values and being entrepreneurial-minded in accordance with the ethical code and the laws.
GENERAL FUNCTIONS Plan and give organizational solutions to country/site needs, according to the forecast and the budget.
Manage recruiting and integration processes for the country/site, following corporate policy.
Supervise personnel administration management and payroll process, according to the legal rules and the corporate policies.
Implement corporate compensation and benefits policy locally, suggesting any necessary adjustments to ensure it is attractive and externally competitive.
Manage the training process for the country/site, identify training needs, collaborate in the annual training budget calculation, search for external subsidies, select trainers, etc.
Improve managers’ leadership skills, implementing specific training or development plans and ongoing follow-up.
Contribute to improving team’s efficiency by implementing corporate Human Resources policies and processes: performance evaluation, successions process, career plans, etc.
Negotiate and maintain relations with local unions and workers’ representatives.
Coordinate labor relations, representing the company with various third parties.
Set the communication plan for the country/site in order to move employees towards a common vision, strategies and business goals, build corporate spirit and avoid conflicts.
Design actions to promote the Ficosa brand and social responsibility locally.
Manage local and corporate audits.
Observe Ficosa’s Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices.
Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.
Lead the team, guaranteeing its effectiveness, development and motivation, fostering Ficosa's values.
Provide the team with the necessary means to comply with OHSE rules, ensuring they are properly used.
Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OHSE and Quality department. (*) The duties described are only the most typical of this position and are in no way a comprehensive list.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS Academic background: Bachelor’s degree Languages: Fluent local language & Fluent English (spoken & written) Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar position Travel: Willing to travel OTHER SPECIFICATIONS Additional training: Knowledge of workplace law, job market or HR management techniques would be of additional value
