Mission & Responsibilities Based in Milan and reporting to the International Sales Director, the Global Europe Director ensures a successful qualitative and profitable business of the Maison in the European market, including both local markets and travel retail.
The chosen candidate will play a key role in the brand elevation strategy of the Maison, enhancing the brand desirability, gaining profitability and increasing productivity.
As part of the International Sales Team, the key responsibilities are: Define, in coordination with the local GMs, specific business goals and targets for every country, declined for business channel and product categories Ensure a successful qualitative and profitable business development of the brand in the European market, respecting brand image, reaching the sales targets set for the area (both sell in and sell out) and maximising profitability Elevate Retail presence in Europe, identifying key locations to boost the boutique/top doors network Support the local sales management in the relationship and negotiation with top clients (e.g.
Sephora, Douglas), especially chains and department stores Coordinate and develop the Travel Retail Europe business Be responsible of the consolidated P&L of European markets Monitor the evolution of the KPIs in each channel and identify corrective action plans, assure the data analysis and the sales reporting for the business and the product lines Monitor the competition and the best practices implemented by niche fragrance brands Guarantee ongoing communications with HQ regarding all timelines, product requests by retailer and production issues Supervise the local dedicated teams, with the objective to put in place the best organization, motivate people and develop talents Requirements Strong commercial skills and previous sales experience Sales oriented/Business acumen Autonomous, decision maker, strong leader Sensitive to luxury and beauty products Available to travel frequently Fluent English, additional languages are a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
