As part of this role, each Director & Pedagogical Coordinator will work closely with a team of fellow Directors who co-create and uphold the vision of the school.
For a full list of responsibilities, view this document: Apply Leadership Minimum Qualifications/ Requirements Required Qualifications● MA in Early Childhood Education or a related field● Minimum five years of classroom and/or school leadership experience in Early Childhood Education● A strong knowledge of the schools in Reggio Emilia, Italy and a commitment to creating a contemporary and contextual interpretation of this pedagogical approach● A commitment to holding social justice and equity as central within daily practices Desired Qualifications● Current Birth-3rd Grade Teaching License● Multiple years of experience with observation and documentation, curriculumdevelopment, and environment design● A commitment to professional growth through reading current literature, participating in conferences, leading research projects, etc. ● Strong communication and organizational skills● The ability to collaborate, coach, and mentor teachers with a variety of backgrounds and levels of experiences Salary & Benefits The salary range will be $50,000 – $75,000.
Salaries will be based on years of relatedexperience.
