For an important international company leader in the industrial sector, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager.
The candidate will be part of the Local Marketing department and he/she will work also with the Global Digital Communication Team.
The scope of this role is to increase the company visibility, improve its positioning and brand awareness through media communication.
Main responsibilities:- Manage the Digital Communications activities, combining best-in-class agencies to support the Digital Content management- Establish the company's presence on the web to increase brand awareness by coordinating strategy and digital content creation and publishing across various channels (e. g. website, blog, press releases, emails and podcasts) and execute a successful social media management- Define and supervise of online and offline marketing materials produced by external agencies, ensuring that presentations and content are impactful, attractive and easy to find by internal or external people- Design digital media campaigns- Manage internal and external promotional events and fairs- Align with Marketing, Sales and Product development teams to ensure brand consistency.
Make sure to be involved in the development of marketing content realized by the teams and make sure to use and share the content created by all entities Requirements:- University degree, preferably digital marketing or communications related.
A postgraduate qualification in management or marketing and communications would be an advantage- Experience in marketing automation techniques, customer journey, marketing personas, SEO, SEM and digital marketing plan coordination (omnichannel)- Experience in digital marketing and inbound marketing- Experience in social media, particularly linkedin- Solid expertise of media and digital communications technologies- Solid expertise with Adobe Suite, MS office and proficient in Power Point- Fluent in English both written and spoken- Good presenter, speaker and influencer role in a global environment- Excellent analytical and project management skills- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, etc. )- Proactive, creative, responsible and self-motivated- Customer-oriented and result driven- Good teamwork and Interpersonal skills- Knowledge of AI, AR, VR, Metaverse, Blockchain, gamification will be considered a plus What we offer:- RAL commensurate with experience- Fixed-term contract (12 month)- Smartworking two days a week- Place of work: North Milan
