A. , recruitment agency, Faenza Branch, is hiring a CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE, on behalf of a company global leader in chemistry whose business is strongly growing on both national and international market.
Initial fixed term contract, with the aim of a permanent contract. The company uses technology to produce specialty materials and chemical products which are used in most major industries and consumer applications.
We are looking for a Customer Service Associate who, after on the job tailored training, will be the main contact for the final customer, responsible for the perfect order fulfillment within the order-to-cash process to ensure customer satisfaction, who will also be in charge of order entry, order management, problem solving, administration, registration of new customers (software SAP) and data maintenance, after-sales services (e. g. complaint handling). Duties and responsibilities: be the main contact for the customer with regular interactions both on the phone and via email ensure perfect order fulfillment of orders and resolve issues as required cooperate and coordinate with other internal functions: sales, logistics, scheduling, credit, billing, quality, regional business management etc. work closely with sales representatives supporting them with sales data analysis and report requests and providing customer follow-up fulfill customer's requests (e. g. provide documents, certificates, declarations etc. ) process billing related adjustments (e. g. returns, credit/debits) Requirements: College/ University degree fluent in English and another European Language (mandatory) - (e. g.
