Mission
The experienced Senior Certification Training Consultant is responsible for mapping out training plans, designing and developing training programs (both open and in-house), and ensuring effective delivery through various training methods.

Key Accountabilities
'1. Training Program Development:
- Design and develop certification training programs, considering various methods such as virtual, simulated, mentoring, on-the-job training, and professional development classes.
- Choose appropriate training methods based on specific cases and organizational needs.
2. Training Needs Assessment:
- Conduct organization-wide training needs assessments to identify skills or knowledge gaps.
- Develop strategies to address identified gaps through targeted training initiatives.
3. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Prospect for new clients through networking, cold calling, advertising, and other means.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Set training targets and provide ongoing support to improve client relationships.
4. Training Development:
- Contribute to the development of Certification Training Services, with a focus on the mass market and innovative products/services
5. Market Research and Analysis:
- Provide information on customers, competitors, opportunities, tenders, etc. , to implement specific services meeting customer expectations and market developments in cooperation with the Marketing Function.
- Identify trends and contribute to strategic planning in cooperation with the Marketing Function.
6. Customer Relationship Management:
- Manage customer relationships and lead generation, aligning services with strategic objectives.
- Present new solutions and services to existing clients to foster growth and retention.
7. Coordination and Administration:
- Work with technical staff and other internal/external parties to meet customer and specific training needs.
- Manage scheduling, organization, qualification of tutors, preparation of training materials, and handle administrative issues.
- Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session.
8. Database Maintenance and Facilities Management:
- Maintain an updated curriculum database and training records.
- Host train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts.
- Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment.
9. Continuous Improvement:
- Stay informed about new training methods and recommend improvements to enhance training effectiveness.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Education Sciences
Requirements
• Fluent in Italian/ English
• Proven experience in designing and delivering certification training programs.
• Knowledge of market trends and industry best practices.
• MS- Office advanced
