Business Process Analyst

The Role

Herzum is seeking a  Business Process Analyst to join our team. The selected candidate will play a key role in analyzing, mapping, and improving business processes across departments, with a strong focus on efficiency, collaboration, and digital tools.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a  Business Process Analyst or in a similar role;
Strong knowledge of  Atlassian tools ( Jira,  Confluence,  Bitbucket, etc. );

Experience working in an  Agile or  Dev Ops environment;

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;

Strong communication and collaboration skills;

Fluency in  English.

Nice to have:  German language skills.
