• Driving front line sales growth, primarily with new and strategically important customers and prospects (mainly System Integrator and OEM) within the Industry vertical.
• Representing Danfoss Drives within the Industry vertical, following and influencing short-term or long-terms trends, leading product & solution offering and strategy.
• Being the industry spokesperson, will be coaching, guiding, and supporting the sales teams to find new growth opportunities.
• Securing Danfoss visibility by educating/training the markets and connecting in industry trade associations, exhibitions, publishing white papers, material, marketing activities.
• Building and sharing application knowledge, and best practices within the organization.
• Developing and delivering solutions with Project Teams and influencing communication with marketing resources tailored to the market needs/trends and Danfoss strategic priorities.
• Ensure bi-directional information flow between the market, sales team, and global teams when necessary.
• Study the industry vertical in order to identify the right approach, following development and future of customer need, market trends, competition strategy and activities.
• Driving the push and pull strategy in close cooperation with sales team, in the industry vertical.
• Reporting activities and data analysis related to the selling and Market Intelligence.
• Using of Danfoss’s tools and relationship with the internal stakeholders as Sales Engineer, Marketing and Technical Support, with the select and purpose the most competitive Danfoss Solution.
• Support the sales strategies within the achievements of budget.
Background & Skills
• Master's Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent culture – knowledge in drives, electric motors and automation is a plus.
• +5 years of experience gained in middle structured Multinational companies, in similar role within the knowledge of the reference market.
• Negotiation and organizational skills with strong goal orientation.
• Strong knowledge of English Language (written and spoken).
• Skilled in presenting to large audiences.
• Customer and growth-oriented mindset and strong analytical ability.
• Interpersonal skills with a result-oriented mindset, focused on teamwork.
• Global mindset and excellent oral and written communication skills to efficiently communicate across all levels of the organization.
