WHAT DOES OUR INTERNSHIP PROGRAM OFFER YOU?
Our Internship Program is designed for students who are about to graduate or have just graduated and are planning on starting their career in Financial Services and Consultancy. Interns will be provided opportunities to get involved with real-life client and business matters, getting the chance to develop strong skills on consulting methodologies, personal brand development and client strategy, which will be crucial in order to work one’s way up in Capco.

WORKING WITH A CAPCO BUSINESS ANALYST, YOU WILL:
• Collaborate with Business, Operations, Compliance and Technology teams to analyze and develop business and technical requirements;
• Understand and apply work to the user's journey and the target's design;
• Recommend areas for change and then provide support to the business as the changes develop to ensure continuous improvement;
• Participate in the development of new market opportunities that will expand our business, the Capco brand, and our global reach.

Titoli preferenziali What we are looking for:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance or Technology (and related fields);
• Interest in business, finance and technology;
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams;
• Knowledge of Italian (mother tongue level) and proficiency in English (B2 minimum);
