We currently have an amazing opportunity for a Back Office Coordinator to join our team at the San Domenico Palace, Taormina, a Four Seasons Hotel.

About the role:
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, as a Back Office Coordinator, you will play a vital support role in ensuring smooth operations for the Front Office team. Your responsibilities will include assisting with guest arrivals and departures preparation, overseeing the delivery of items to guest rooms, and handling guest correspondence such as letters. You will also help maintain operational efficiency by providing support for any administrative tasks required by the Front Office while ensuring all interactions are conducted with a high level of service and professionalism.
What you will do:
• Support the Front Office team by ensuring that guests are assisted efficiently and professionally.
• Administer the delivery of items to guest rooms and ensure that guest requests are promptly attended to.
• Prepare and deliver guest letters, including messages or special requests, in a timely manner.
• Monitor and order office supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in maintaining system records, updating guest information and generating reports.
• Provide administrative support to the Front Office team as needed, helping to maintain smooth operations and ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest requests and inquiries professionally, ensuring a positive experience during their stay.
What you bring:
• High school diploma or higher degree.
• Previous experience in a hotel back office or administrative support role is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Fluency in both English and Italian is required. Knowledge of a third European language is an advantage.

Schedule & Hours:
• Full-time position.
• Flexible schedule required, including weekends and holidays.
• Seasonal contract based at the San Domenico Palace in Taormina.
• Must possess the legal right to work in Italy.
