Associate Product Manager

This position is a full-time apprenticeship opportunity and will work onsite at the JMA office in Castel San Pietro.

Responsibilities:



• Collaborate with Hardware and Software engineering teams to translate customer requirements into detailed market requirements and product requirements.


• Work closely with R&D team to deliver quality features and products within the expected timeline.


• Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed about market trends, industry innovations, and competitor strategies, providing valuable insights for product positioning and differentiation.


• Ability to present effectively to customers and convey products unique differentiations in the market from a customer benefit prospective. Transferring this knowledge also to the sales and marketing team to make our value proposition clear and strong in the market.


• Coordinate with PLM to provide support for marketing collaterals and customer facing documentation.


• Offer technical RFP/RFI support and coordinate between Sales and Technical Teams .


• Work with the cross functional teams to address customer issues and concerns in a timely fashion to ensure customer satisfaction.


Qualifications:



• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field of study.


• 2+ years of Product Management or related work experience is desirable.


• Exceptionally Good communications and presentation skills, cross cultural awareness, worked on Global Projects with teams across the globe.


• Understanding of product development lifecycle and methodologies.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


• Availability to travel and act with special focus on specific customers within JMA Wireless’ global footprint.


• Ability to travel up to 60% of the time including internationally.


• Ability to read, write, and speak both Italian and English fluently
