Job Responsibilities:
Oversee overall store operations within the assigned region, ensuring all stores comply with company standards and processes. Develop and implement regional operational plans, sales targets, and growth strategies aligned with company objectives. Monitor and analyze store performance metrics such as sales data, customer traffic, and conversion rates to drive target achievement. Identify business issues and propose optimization solutions to continuously improve regional profitability. Guide and supervise stores in executing product displays, promotional campaigns, inventory control, and service standards. Conduct regular store visits to evaluate operational performance and provide on-site coaching and corrective measures. Recruit, train, and manage store managers, building an efficient and results-driven regional operations team. Establish talent development pipelines and promote internal advancement of store management personnel. Enhance customer satisfaction by monitoring service quality and ensuring a consistent and positive brand image. Handle major customer complaints and emergency incidents; collect frontline feedback and participate in strategy refinement.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’ s degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 5 years of operational management experience in the retail industry, including at least 2 years in a regional management role. Industry Background: Familiar with retail operations in sectors such as FMCG, fashion, 3C electronics, beauty, or household products. Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills with the ability to drive decision-making based on performance metrics. Leadership: Proven leadership, organizational, and team-building capabilities. Result- Oriented: Highly goal-driven, resilient under pressure, and capable of executing in a fast-paced environment. Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel frequently within the region or take on site-based management. Technical Skills: Proficient in office software and retail systems such as ERP, CRM, and POS.
