Business Data Analyst / Headquarters page is loaded Business Data Analyst / Headquarters Apply remote type Remote working allowed locations Milano time type Full time posted on Posted Yesterday job requisition id R-17703 The Business Data Analyst at Istituto Marangoni is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ongoing sales metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards on key business drivers. The resource develops and implements new KP Is and automated reporting/process solutions to meet business needs, while also preparing and delivering sales business reviews to senior management. The individual closely collaborates with the Digital & Sales Director department to support the budgeting process.
Key purpose of the role
Gather Business requirements and translate them into dashboards and reports
Identify trends and behavioral patterns in customer data
Be proactive in translating customer lifecycle data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations at a strategic and tactical level
Report on key performance metrics related to Global Sales, CRM & Advertising Marketing
Coordinating the development of automatic CRM reports, working with different systems ( Salesforce, PowerBI. . . )
Performance monitoring of lead nurturing initiatives (i. e. , email marketing, Whats App campaigns, etc. ), supporting the CRM Team in audience segmentation
Support the CRM department in ensuring data accuracy and data integrity
Investigate and suggest new technical solutions, parameters, and methodologies to improve lifecycle and activities measurement and analytical processes
Performance Monitoring: assess the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives across paid and organic channels, leveraging Salesforce Data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for enhancement. This analysis focuses on Conversion Rate metrics within the customer journey pathways
Monitor Information Center & Customer Care teams (global level), inbound/outbound activities, and quality KP Is to provide ad hoc reports to both internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor Student Desks teams (global level), inbound activities, and quality KP Is to provide ad hoc reports to both internal and external stakeholders.
Analyze Student Surveys ( Student Voice and NPS), outcomes to identify areas for improvement and best practices in budgets, projections, and data analysis to drive management decisions.
Synthesize data from multiple sources ( Salesforce, Twilio, Freshdesk, etc. ), to develop insightful and realistic action plans.
Other relevant activities will be:
Prepare recurrent sales and conversion reports
Develop forecasting analysis and reports
Track and optimize schools and local office activities
Support in monitoring and auditing data accuracy, integrity and quality
Work closely with local business development teams, creating customized customer segmentation lists to be used for multichannel marketing activity and events
Education & Skills
Successful studies in Economics, Business Management, Statistics, Finance
Minimum 3+ years of experience in similar roles
Strong analytical skills - comfortable with presenting results/analysis
Expert knowledge of data modeling techniques and data mining experience
Expert knowledge of the reporting processes and automation including front-end tools such as Power B. I. , CRM tools (such as Salesforce)
Strong experience with Google Analytics Tools ( Google 360 preferable)
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Power Point
High level of autonomy
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to work under pressure
Language: Italian C2 and English B2/C1 (written and spoken)
