Join our team,  CIS di Nola  .   As an Air Export Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and timely shipment processes for our international air freight operations. This position requires a professional individual with strong customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.



• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational systems


• Track and trace shipments, providing proactive updates to customers


• Liaise with airlines, customs authorities, and other relevant parties


• Prepare and review export documentation for compliance with international regulations


• Resolve shipping discrepancies and customer inquiries promptly


• Optimize shipment routes and costs to enhance efficiency


• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of export regulations and industry trends


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations


• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency


Qualifications




• Proficiency in relevant software applications, including MS Office suite


• General understanding of airline and logistics industry practices


• Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English (mandatory)


• Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying improvement opportunities


• Exceptional time management and organizational abilities


• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
