Main activities Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits; Ensure timely and successful delivery of company solutions according to customer needs and objectives; Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders; Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas ( New Market Verticals, Supply Chain collaborations, etc. ); Forecast and track key account metrics (e. g. , quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) and prepare reports on account status; Collaborate with Finance to ensure credit collections; Ensure the correct application of the company sales tool; Ensure the appropriate visibility in terms of sales activities and opportunities adopting the company CRM as required.
Requirements Must have Bachelor’s degree; 5+ experience in sales/business development, preferably in the fresh supply chain businesses/food system/ 3PL – BtB - Logistics business model background; Experience in account management and generating/building relationships with clients and suppliers - BtB; Knowledge of working with a CRM system and perfect use of Excel; Strong commercial ability and enhanced presentation, negotiation, and communication skills; High level of energy, strong sense of commitment, results drive; Full working proficiency in English is required.
Nice to have Used to working with operational excellence practices; Multicultural experience in international environments.
