Main activities Development of sales strategies : Develop effective sales strategies to increase sales of organic wine on different channels, also selling in person Sales team management : Supervise a team of sellers (agents) motivating them, supporting them in achieving sales objectives.
Market Analysis : Monitor the organic and biodynamic wine market, identifying trends, consumer interests and growth opportunities.
Development of distribution channels : Identify and develop new distribution channels for organic wine, such as restaurants, wine shops, supermarkets and specialty shops, distributors Customer Relationship Management : Builds and maintains strong relationships with existing customers, managing their needs and continually seeking to improve customer satisfaction.
Participation in events and trade fairs : Attend industry events and wine fairs to promote the product, establish business contacts and strengthen the brand.
Product Training : Provides product training to sales staff and customers, educating them on the characteristics of organic wine, its benefits and sustainable production practices.
Planning and Budgeting : Assists in the planning of sales activities and the allocation of financial resources, ensuring that resources are used efficiently to maximize sales and profit.
Performance Evaluation : Monitor and evaluate the sales team's performance, analyzing sales metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements Fundamentals/ Must haves Sales experience, passion for wine and above all for organic and/or biodynamic products, Market knowledge; Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Autonomy Results orientation; Advanced level knowledge of the English language Preferential/ Nice to have Preferable, not essential domicile or residence nearby ( Romagna) Benefits Opportunities for professional growth in a fast-growing, dynamic, stimulating and supportive environment, based on the valorization of people and the protection of the environment Compensation Package RAL framework approximately 70k + bonuses + company car
