About the job This position is needed to serve as the leader of our global G&A and GTM recruiting teams.
The role will own the strategy and execution of attracting and hiring G&A and GTM employees while ensuring the team innovates, scales, and grows.
Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Talent Acquisition, this VP will lead a team of senior leaders and work cross-functionally and collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
We are seeking a leader to align our recruiting efforts, processes, culture, against business priorities to evolve our remarkable candidate experience and impact the employee lifecycle across the organization.
Responsibilities In this role, you’ll: Create recruiting-strategies to ensure alignment between business objectives and candidate experience Develop, prioritize, and deliver on comprehensive workforce plans and hiring strategies for G&A and GTM teams in partnership with the business leaders Build strong relationships across functions and customers (FP&A, HR, Total Rewards,) Generate the strategy and long term vision to grow our diverse talent pools Build a data centric culture within the teams to use data to help drive business outcomes.

Required:15 years of recruiting experience and 5 years in a global leadership capacity where you have partnered directly with the VP/C-suite10 years experience operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment that is experiencing significant scale Demonstrated ability to influence technical leaders at the VP/C-suite level in a demanding and high-performing work environment Ability to effectively envision, develop, and implement new strategies to address competitive, complex global business issues Ability to develop strong trusting relationships at all levels to gain support and achieve business goals Deep experience of multiple recruiting functions Ability to understand issues domestically and internationally and communicate effectively with clients Proven ability to develop, engage and retain a high performing team Location This role will be remote, we are open to locations in which Twilio has a presence.
