Position Description
We are looking for a young talent who wants to show skills and knowledge acquired at university and brings them into the real world. You want to prove yourself and make your first steps into your career. You will assist the company in matters like drawings, interiors, scaling, etc. You will be working on-site on the beautiful island of Sicily for 4-9 months with a possibility to extend. Full-time (40 hours per week).
This is a highly exciting opportunity if you are eager enough to work independently and efficiently and is the perfect framework to put into practice your knowledge. This internship allows you to excel as an architect with a lot of responsibilities including team management and decision-making. You will be working with a creative team. We are looking for an architect that has knowledge of material supplies, rules and regulations of building in Italy and an interest in interior design. All your ideas are very welcome and appreciated.
The internship takes place in Ragusa, Italy and starts in August- October 2025 for 3-9 months.
Requirements Skills
• Clear and effective communication skills in English (written and verbal) + Italian skills are a plus.
• Eager to support us with ideas to improve our efficiency.
• Independent and organized worker.
• Sense of achievement and personal improvement.
• Eager to put into practice the acquired knowledge.
• Problem-solver, quick learner.
• Willing to work in a start-up.
• Good analytical skills. Sketching, digital imaging to enhance and manipulate concepts.
• Must know: Computer- Aided- Design ( AutoCAD),3D design modelling tools ( Sketch Up, Rhino, etc).
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Ability to be proactive and work independently to drive projects to completion.
• Be ready to pick up this project - own it and champion it!
• Resourceful and start-up mentality; ability to come up with creative solutions when confronted with challenges.
• Agile mindset and can-do attitude.
What you’ll be responsible for:
• Analyse/elaborate drawings of properties.
• Research materials and propose new solutions for the projects.
• Assist the company in improving and optimizing the efficiency of the properties as well as materials to be used.
• Help with the implementation of green energies.
• Give ideas and feedback related to interior design.
• Do research and assist in possible requirements and permissions.

Requirements
Skills Clear and effective communication skills in Italian (B2-C1) and English (B2) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and problem-solving skills Experience or interest in project management and coordinating workflows Ability to assist with architectural, interior design, and engineering tasks is a plus Familiarity with AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Rhino, or similar tools is a plus Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (or ongoing studies) in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering or Project Management (or related fields) Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment Hands-on and proactive approach to problem-solving Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to take initiative KEY ACCOUNTABILITY Assisting the Architectural Supervisor in managing ongoing projects Communicating with suppliers, team members, and stakeholders Providing administrative support to improve project efficiency Coordinating and organizing project documentation Supporting architectural, engineering, and design-related tasks Researching regulations, materials, and sustainability solutions if needed Preparing reports, presentations, and drawings if needed
