Mission
Ensure accurate data management, efficient supplier qualification, and effective handling of Framework Agreements within the VI&E business, supporting operational excellence and compliance.
Key Accountabilities
• Performing reliable data entry in the RINA Group’s ERP for the Vendor Inspection & Expediting (VI&E) business.
• Receiving the qualification requests for suppliers performing VI&E activities, collecting all the relevant documents according to the RINA Group’s policies and procedures, and activating the Supplier’s qualification in RINA’s ERP.
• Managing the Framework Agreements for VI&E activities according to the RINA Group’s policies and procedures: finalizing the agreement’s drafts, collecting the signatures of the RINA Director and the Supplier, and properly setting up and storing the agreement in RINA’s ERP.
• Guarantee periodic reports to RINA HQ.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics
Qualifications
• College/ University bachelor’s degree, preferably in Technical Subjects/ Accounting and related/ Law/ Political Science.
• Proficiency in the English language.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite ( Word/ Excel/ Power Point).
• Quick taking charge of the received requests
• Precise and reliable data entry.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Critical thinking.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. It requires strong cooperation with the International Procurement Team and the internal clients.
• Good relational skills.
• Good IT skills.
