.fit_to_content{width:%;height:auto}Your RoleYou will report into the Service Sales Manager and be responsible for the Internal & External Service Sales activities in the area of South Italy.Maximise the sales and profitability of the parts and service business across the territory by promoting pro-active plans new and existing customers, in accordance with agreed business plans whilst working closely with the rest of the sales team to maximise opportunities and climb the service ladder.Prepare and adapt sales documentation such as create new customer profiles, updating customer databasesResponsible for phone sales of call-in and walk-in customers, and deferring leads to outside sales people, as appropriate.Make outbound sales calls to existing and lost customers and prospects.Support the rest of the sales team by identifying opportunities to up-sell and maximise our customer share.Maintain strong working relationship and communication between customers and internal stakeholder.Develop and maintain good customer relationships and ensure an excellent standard of after sales service is provided.Provide effective sales data, including quotation leadtime and order ratio’s (including lost order reports).Effectively update and maintain the CRM system in order to maintain a view of our customers.Attend training as required to develop relevant knowledge and skills.Adhere to health and safety policy.Undertake ad-hoc project work (campaigns, other marketing initiatives) as required.Work to increase customer satisfaction (NPS) and make sure detractors are followed up in a timely mannerCross-sell customers to appropriate services. To succeed, you will need Degree in Sales or Marketing.2 -3 years experience preferably in a Service or Industrial environmentKnowledge Areas:Handling customer objections in a professional, proactive wayBeing confident in selling through the phoneExperience in managing time and schedulesExperience in vacuum technology is a plus, but not a mustWorking in an industrial environment, ideally with customer care or technical support backgroundCritical Skills:Keep commitment to the customerShow a proactive selling attitude, reaching out for opportunitiesCommunicate effectivelyCope with pressure and setback, maintain positive working attitudeBuild up relationships and network with internal and external stakeholdersWork with Atlas Copco „The Way“Proactive mindset and opennessOther requirements:Excellent verbal and written Italian and B2 English minimum willing to improveProficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
