We are looking for a UX Designer to join our design team. The selected candidate will contribute to defining the user experience of digital products and solutions, working alongside interdisciplinary teams on complex, technology-driven projects.
Previous experience in HMI and/or the automotive sector is preferred but not required — we welcome applications from candidates with a solid design background across other domains as well.
Main responsibilities
• Design and validation of user experiences for digital products
• Collaboration with UI, development teams, and clients to define requirements and priorities
• Creation of wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and project documentation
• Analysis of user needs, behaviors, and usage contexts
• Participation in usability testing and iterative improvement processes
• Previous experience in UX roles within structured or consulting environments
• Strong proficiency in Figma and main design tools
• Good knowledge of qualitative research methods and user-centered design principles
• Ability to effectively communicate with technical teams and stakeholders
• Analytical mindset, autonomy, and attention to detail
Preferred qualifications
• Experience in HMI, embedded systems, or automotive projects
• Basic knowledge of interaction design principles in complex systems
