CCH Tagetik, expert solution of the Wolters Kluwer Group, is looking for a Training Sales Representative with at least 3 years of experience in sales/sales operations within Tech/ Software B2B environments, or as a telemarketer selling trainings, software solutions or IT projects.
The Training Sales Representative will be part of the Go To Market Team and will be primarily responsible for selling the trainings designed and delivered by the Academy Team to existing customers, new customers, and partners in the assigned territory.
The Training Sales Representative will also support the Go To Market Team in carrying out campaigns aimed at achieving the assigned sales targets.
You will: Generate a consistent quantity of high-quality leads to support the sales of training packages Daily follow-up leads to convert them into sales Contact existing customers and partners to position the CCH Tagetik Academy offer in strict collaboration with CSM (customer success management) Build data reports with Key KP Is, Calls, leads, conversion rate Manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce to deliver an accurate forecast Update the CRM ( Salesforce) with the activities, follow-ups, and other useful information Collaborate with Account Manager in the country to manage properly the sales cycle and commercial offer Collaborate with the Marketing team, the Academy team, and Renewals Team to maximize the sales of Academy trainings You have: At least 3 years of experience in sales within Tech/ Software B2B environment or as a telemarketer selling trainings, software solutions or IT projects Communication and marketing knowledge and experience in sales methodologies and strategies Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Negotiation skills, self-motivated, focused, driven to achieve goals Ability to achieve the assigned sales quota Ability to build relationships with internal and external customers Good knowledge of Microsoft suite ( Word, Power Point, Excel) Good knowledge of software packages such as Salesforce is a plus Fluency in both Italian and English What do we offer you at CCH Tagetik part of Wolters Kluwer?
