Territory Account Manager (4+ service sales exp. req. ) Location: must live within the territory Territory: Philadelphia, PA | New Jersey | New York Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 + Uncapped Commission (1st yr $30k-$50k, 2nd yr $50k+) Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k w/ match, Holidays, PTO, Mileage Reimbursement Job Type: Full- Time | Remote w/ some travel & office visits monthly Travel: 20% (within territory) Start Date: ASAP Sponsorship is not available Territory Account Manager (4+ service sales exp. req. ) Description Our client, a leader in facility services, is looking for a Territory Account Manager to add to their team in the northeast territory of Philadelphia, New Jersey, and New York.
This dynamic role focuses on both maintaining and expanding existing client relationships and acquiring new clients through strategic sales planning and excellent customer service.
You must live within the territory as you can expect 4-5 customer visits per month, and will work remotely from your home office, with a couple office visits near White Plains, NY per month.
Qualified candidates will have at least four (4) years of experience and proven success in service/contract sales, with a hunter mentality, and no stranger to making cold calls.
Ideal candidates will be proactive, with a strong ability to multitask and surpass sales targets.

Territory Account Manager (4+ service sales exp. req. ) Responsibilities • Develop and maintain client relationships; uncover expansion opportunities• Collaborate with inside sales partner to renew existing services• Acquire new customers offering unique, facility-specific solutions and scopes of work • Strategically plan sales activities based on geography, market segments, and company goals• Act as subject matter expert and reliable business partner • Monitor competitors and adjust sales strategies accordingly• Collaborate with Operations on pricing, scope of work, and scheduling• Manage contract negotiations and implement approved changes• Proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities for additional services Territory Account Manager (4+ service sales exp. req. ) Qualifications • 4+ years of service/contract sales experience required• Experience with business development and cold calling required• Proficiency with computers, Office 365 and CRM software required• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required• Ability/willingness to travel up to 20% within territory required #J-18808- Ljbffr
