The main purpose of this role is to detect tender opportunities in the different public platforms and ensure that S+N submits the most valuable offer aligned with the tender requirements in timing and in collaboration with the key departments involved.
All this process will ensure the local procurement Law and the other Laws linked in the process and will be tracked through all the stablish tools, avoiding submitting an offer that has not been officially approved.
What will you be doing? Ensure that all the documents are accordingly with local Regulations & tender requirements.
Also, she/he will handle other kind of offers like the standard offers in a timing manner.
Will ensure that all the price management in SAP, price accuracy and validity and will manage any possible price discrepancy coming from the order entry of Customer Care department.
On the other hand, will be a key player providing Strategic pricing visibility to the commercial team, managing thresholds, price list, creating the price data working to gain profitability in the key deals.
Price analytics by customer segmentation and Tier Volume will be required to generated and apply to new offers. Responsibilities: Tender management ( Pretender, tender submission and Post tender) Strategic Pricing Quote & SAP Pricing management Disputes (billing blocks and invoice incidences) What will you need to be successful? Education: University studies, preferable Business, Economic or Law degree Licenses/ Certifications & Experience required: English Proficient Wide experience with Microsoft Package ( Excel, Word, Power Point) Power BI Minimum 3 years' experience in tender departments, preferable in medical device sector Minimum 2 years in price analytics- Strong commercial finance, commercial sales, business development background.
Proven ability to work with, manipulate and report on large amounts of data.
Knowledge of distributors preferred.
