For our client, a multinational company leader in global manufacturer of lifting and material processing products and services, we are searching for a: SERVICE TECHNICIAN.
The candidate will be responsible for providing the desired customer service experience.
The goal is to drive the success of the service that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer loyalty and increases profitability.
Key Responsibilities: • Performing maintenance and providing customer support. • Commissioning, use and maintenance training for customer. • Field intervention. • Diagnosing problems and coming up with solutions to repair them. • Filling out detailed reports and keeping records on services that have been performed. • Repairing machine and testing them to ensure they are working correctly. • Building and maintaining relationships with customers. • Cooperating with technical teams and sharing information across the organization. • Collaborating internally with other departments.
Qualifications &Experience Required:• Technical Degree or similar certification. • Experience as electronic technician or similar role. • Experience with electronic testing and electronic components. • Ability to repair, service, test and troubleshoot machine. • Ability to work flexible hours and work around a changing schedule. • Familiarity with mobile tools and applications. • Good English skills are required.
French language is preferred. • Excellent communication, interpersonal and diagnostic skills, ability to effectively manage time. • Availability to travel worldwide for service.
