Within a Sales team of more than 12 employees, under the responsibility of the Sales Director, you manage your sales scope in the aerospace, automotive, rail and energy segments - Equipment manufacturers (OE Ms) and Maintenance, Repairs and Operations (MRO) - for Italy South East Europe ( Slovenia, Serbia, Croatia, Greece).
Therefore, your missions are as follows:
• Analyze your territory, thanks to the tools available to you (CRM, Qlik Sense, competitive intelligence, etc. ) and your market knowledge,
• Prospect and identify new customer opportunities,
• Identify product application possibilities through technical and commercial analysis of customer needs,
• Strengthen existing activities and develop new opportunities with existing accounts,
• Present technical solutions with the support of our technical and marketing services,
• Develop good technical and commercial proposals for tenders and others, in accordance with the company’s pricing policy,
• Perform product testing at customers, as required,
• Negotiate and conclude contracts with the approval of your supervisor,
• Analyze sales data and propose business initiatives to implement in order to achieve the defined objectives,
• Guarantee the quality of the information delivered by you in the Business and reporting tools.
You work closely with all internal teams in Development, Channel, Marketing, R D, etc.
Domestic and international business travel: 70% of the time.
