Due to growth, DNV Business Assurance is seeking a Technical Reviewer to join our Global Technical HUB Food & Beverage (GTH F&B) team in Europe.
DNV - Business Assurance Global Technical HUB Food and Beverage (GTH F&B), part of Global Operations & Technical, is responsible for managing global accreditation and compliance governance in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
Our focus is to improve, develop and be sustainable with a global approach in the certification business.
Our typical clients will vary and include all food and Food chain companies: involved sectors are Food and agriculture, seafood and aquaculture, food manufacturing, food packaging, food service, logistic, import & export.
For this purpose we are looking for people with working experience in the primary and Food sector.
The Technical Reviewers in the GTH F&B are part of a global technical team and work closely with the technical, sales and operations departments of the market units worldwide.
The function reports to the Technical Reviewers Manager.
The main purpose of this role
Technical support to managing all the activities related to the issues of the certificates (quote, TR, qualification evaluation)
Technical support to managing accreditation activities (compliant, recall, internal audits, accreditation audit management)
Ensure Food standards application in compliance with accreditation rules and DNV procedures
Primary tasks of this role:
Support the M Us in the most efficient and effective way (service center approach) to achieve their Quality and business targets and to keep the acceptance by our global Accreditation Bodies and/or Standard Owners.
Efficiently communicate with Market Units by creation of business-oriented solutions, verbal communications and proactive role in closing issues.
Have a production minded approach by daily monitoring of the production volume and adapt to the daily production needs.
Technical support to managing all the activities related to the issues of the certificates related to Food standard GFSI Schemes as BRCGS, IFS, FSSC 22000 (quote and technical review)
Technical support to managing accreditation activities of GFSI Schemes
Develop technical guidelines/instructions
Support the development of new schemes linked to existing standards GFSI Standards
Cooperate with other Food and Beverages technical referents in the Global F&B Hub
This position is partially remote .
Position Qualifications
Bachelors degree or higher or equivalent experience in Food area
Knowledge or working experience related to Food standards
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Power Point
