What You Will Do:
Support Recruitment Efforts:  Assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Learn Recruitment Best Practices:  Work closely with our experienced Talent Acquisition Specialists to understand the nuances of effective recruiting strategies.
Engage with Candidates:  Be the first point of contact for potential employees, providing a positive and professional experience.
Contribute to Summer Job Project:  Take part in an ongoing HR projects that is focused on onboarding 200 temporary employees for the summer period in ST Agrate Brianza Site.
Support E2E hiring process: through the use of HR dedicated systems enable the full onboarding of the selected candidates

Profile


Who We Are Looking For:
Current Students or Recent Graduates:  In Human Resources or a related field.
Strong Communicators:  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Team Players:  Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
Eager Learners: A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
