We are looking for a Senior System Engineer to join the ICT team.
Here’s what you’ll do with us: Coordination of Technological Infrastructure: You will manage and coordinate all the activities related to the technological infrastructure, with particular attention to the following areas: Active Directory on-premises Microsoft Azure or Login ID Virtualization Infrastructures (V Mware) Mobile Device Management (MDM) Process and Workflow Management: You will analyze and optimize workflows and processes related to technology infrastructure by implementing best practices to improve operational efficiency and quality of service Stakeholder Management: You will work with different business units, including technical and non-technical departments, to understand the needs and ensure the consistency of business objectives.
Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear and transparent communication Autonomous management of technological projects: You will be responsible for the planning, execution and autonomous monitoring of projects related to the technological infrastructure.
Ensure time, budget and objectives are met without constant supervision Supplier Relationship Management: You will develop and maintain positive relationships with technology providers, particularly in the areas of expertise mentioned above.
You will deal with the negotiation and evaluation of proposals to ensure the efficient supply of products and services Technical Support: You will provide advanced technical support to solve technology infrastructure related issues.
You will work with IT staff to ensure a quick and effective response to reported issues.
Here’s what we’d like you to have: Previous experience of at least 5-7 years In-depth expertise in managing technology infrastructure such as Active Directory, Login ID, V Mware, Google Workspace and Mobile Device Management solutions Ability to communicate effectively with team and stakeholders Ability to solve complex problems and provide third-level technical support Result orientation and ability to work in a dynamic and multitasking environment Excellent communication skills and teamwork In-depth knowledge of operating systems, networks and hardware architectures Nice to have: Experience in managing complex infrastructure and migrating to cloud environments.
Previous experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools, such as mobileiron, Microsoft Intune and Jamf.
