We're currently in search of a Technical Customer Support Specialist fluent in both German and English.
This role is ideal for a proactive individual eager to engage with our diverse customer base and provide top-tier technical assistance for our lighting systems.
You will serve as the frontline support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues across various communication channels and Teams.
Key Responsibilities: Assist our customers, by telephone and/or in person, to analyse and resolve electrical issues Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries, maintaining a high standard of service Collaborate closely with team members to streamline tasks and workflows, optimizing our technical support operations Required Skills: Fluent in German and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience with electrical systems and driver programming is preferred for this position, knowledge of raspberry use is a big plus The possibility of traveling within the region, and to Europe Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to troubleshooting technical issues Nice to Haves: Demonstrated autonomy in managing tasks efficiently Excellent organizational skills for effective time management and task prioritization Exceptional interpersonal abilities, enabling effective interaction with diverse customers What we offer: Adequate training to be able to understand the variety of situations A dynamic and supportive work environment that values your contributions and encourages professional growth Flexible working arrangements to accommodate your schedule and promote work-life balance Ample opportunities for professional growth and development within connexx Ready to make a difference?
