Seven For All Mankind is looking for an experienced and results-driven Retail Store Manager to oversee the overall management of our store in Rome.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving top-line sales, enhancing the customer experience, and leading a high-performing team. This includes analyzing performance metrics, maximizing profitability, and ensuring alignment with our brand image and retail strategy.
You will play a key role in inspiring your team, growing store traffic, and creating a premium shopping environment that reflects our brand’ s fashion and lifestyle DNA.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business strategies to expand the customer base, increase store traffic, and optimize profitability Analyze WTD, PTD, and YTD KP Is to identify trends and define effective action plans Drive sales performance through training, coaching, and mentoring team members Ensure that all team members understand and represent the brand values, product knowledge, and seasonal messages Maintain excellent customer service standards to achieve high customer satisfaction Take ownership of all aspects of store operations, including inventory control and stock shrinkage targets Manage all administrative functions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Oversee staff performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and development plans in coordination with HR Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe and secure store environment Uphold high standards in visual merchandising and overall store presentation Ensure accurate and timely cash handling, banking procedures, and petty cash purchases Utilize POS system reports to track performance and identify business needs Maintain in-depth knowledge of current fashion trends and in-store product assortment
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail store management Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities Customer-centric mindset and proven ability to deliver a premium customer experience Solid understanding of retail KP Is, operational procedures, and inventory management Up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and the ability to translate that into customer engagement Business acumen and strong networking skills Fluency in English (written and spoken)
