Store Designer

We are looking for a passionate talent to build a global brand.




The candidate will join the Global Architecture and Store Design Team based in Milan.




As a Store Designer, you will play a pivotal role within our Global Architecture and Store Design Team, contributing to the development and execution of captivating store designs that embody the essence of our brand. From initial concept to final execution, your expertise will help shape the retail experience for our customers.




Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the project management process for store design, encompassing the entire lifecycle from the initial layout to the final executive project.

• Demonstrate a strong sense of research and stay continuously updated with the latest trends in fashion and design.

• Utilize advanced skills in AutoCAD for precise and detailed design documentation.

• Showcase a very advanced level of proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering using tools like Sketch Up and other 3D programs.

• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Photoshop and knowledge of Illustrator is considered a plus.

• Utilize Power Point to effectively communicate design concepts and presentations.

• Create compelling mood boards that capture the aesthetic and vision of each project.

• Ability to eloquently explain design concepts through presentations, both visually and verbally.




Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’ s degree or similar in Interior Design, Design, Architecture, or a related field.

• About 3 years of professional experience in a similar role, demonstrating a proven track record of successful store design projects.

• Very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Very good knowledge of 3D programs such as Sketch Up, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, or equivalent.

• Excellent relational skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Fluent proficiency in both written and spoken English and Italian.

• Proven ability to present and communicate design ideas to diverse audiences.

• Demonstrated a spirit of initiative and curiosity, with a genuine interest in the world of fashion, architecture, and design.




Additional Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in fashion companies, demonstrating an understanding of the unique demands of the industry.

• Graphics skills that enhance the visual impact of your design presentations.
