Stage Service Support

Introduction

The Alfa Laval Olmi – Service Team is looking for a Service Support based in our Suisio site ( Intership contract).

The Service Support position will be working with heat transfer equipment to support our customers in the Energy market.

What about the job

In you role you will:


• Support service team on established customers with mechanical & electrical parts and service orders.


• Support the service team in the development of the technical and value quotes reflecting the customer needs stressing the unique selling points


• Assist in maintenance of sales tool information (ERP, CRM, Installed Base…), including inventory files relevant to spare parts quotation and orders, customer, contact info and equipment information in Installed Base


• Use the CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process and take decisions


• Attending weekly sales and production meetings to receive and provide updates for current open orders

What you know


• Education: University degree


• Computer skills (i. e. Microsoft Office, Excel)


• Very good knowledge of English

Salary

Expense allowance 700€
