Job Description:

Activities
* Support the development of  specific KPI in Operation Support Department
* Support for daily, weekly, monthly metrics
* Support the process mapping and identification of improvement possibilities in Operations
* Support the data analysis and reporting activities
* Standard work creation for Process Orders’ closure

Requirements and Qualifications:
* Master Degree in scientific discipline (i. e. Chemistry, CTF, Chemical   Engineering or equivalent)
* Fluent in English
* Strong skills of ownership and accountability
* Skilled in problem-solving and decision making
* Capability to easily connect with people and prepare smart proposals for project approaches.
* Knowledge of MS Office software
