Sr Director, Systems Design/Architecture Engineering

Role title / Organization Affiliations: Sr. Director – Power Solutions / GBU

Responsibilities:


• Direct Responsible Individuals (DRI) in GBU for driving power revenue growth


• Enable the global FAE community to identify and win more power businesses through tailored power solutions


• Partner with field-sales organization to develop customer engagement and power-solution-focused go-to-market strategy


• Foster constructive collaboration between all power B Us and field sales organizations to win new business using innovative business models and go-to-market strategies.


• Lead and expand the global power design services team as a key pillar in executing the power solutions strategy


• Solidify design services business model and promote services to customer-facing teams


• Establish a process to promote solutions beyond lead customer engagements using physical and digital go-to-market strategies


• Develop and expand regional design services strategy incl. rapid prototyping team, design services engagement, and business model

Skills:


• 10+ years of experience in power semiconductors and various technical and business roles.


• Strong business acumen with a customer-centric mindset combined with a high sense of urgency and hate to lose mentality


• Collaborative mindset with an ability to work across organizations and navigate conflicts of interest


• Proven track record in leading cross-organization teams with and without authority, across the globe


• Passion for mentoring growing and developing teams


• Strong technical communication skills (i. e. , writing, presentations, team calls)
