For Kärcher Spa sited in Rho ( Milan) we search a Sr Ecommerce Key Account Specialist You will report directly to the Online Sales Director and you will be an individual contributor (no direct reports), and you will be part of amazing European Team Main activities and duties: Conducting negotiations with Brand Specialist and all counterparts, actively involving all e-commerce team Compiling the best possible Customer Plan based on the right assortment, promo and price Promoting the right stock level to fulfill customer need and give the right input in volume planning Monitoring product rating and defining action plan when needed Collaborating with internal function and external agency to create specific media and search plan Collaborating with Global & Southern- Europe e-commerce Teams to develop the Amazon Strategy Ensuring the right paper turnover and payment process between Karcher and Amazon, involving all the function to minimize claims, deduction and returns Managing promotions, search activities and advertising in Amazon Background: A Bachelor’s degree in the area of economic business, commercial or similar Masters degree in E-commerce (preferred) Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales Management with experience in E-commerce channels, direct sales in Market places and/ or brand online shop(s) Amazon and other pure players experience is a must Coming from a Marketplace is a plus.
Language skills: Advanced English level, confident negotationg. Required competences: Provides actionable overall market and customer insights to address key strategic questions.
Responsible for tracking, reporting, and analysing the performance of marketing activities, ad-hoc analytic requests, and development/ Automatio of regular reports (KP Is) Solve practical problems and real with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists Understanding of online marketing KP Is Understanding the global view of a Omnichannel
