Job Description For FSC part of Continental Italia Spa we are looking for a candidate who will be responsible for operational processes relating to services for long-term rental, corporate fleet customer.
Activities: Helpdesk to our customers for business of long-term rental, corporate and truck fleet customer with the goals of providing support customers in business growth.
Master data maintenance customers, suppliers and product records, uploading of price lists and commercial conditions.
Training activities for fleet service providers Implementation of processes together with the sales force with the aim of finding the best solutions to support the business.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication skills Ability to build positive and collaborative relationships Strong attitude to organization and problem solving Good knowledge of the office package (xls and ppt) Italian fluent or mother tongue, English good knowledge At least 2 years of experience in similar roles (back office and front office activities) Knowledge of automotive industries (nice to have) Additional Information This job posting will be unposted on April18, 2024
