The purpose of this internship is to support the Manager in implementing Social Media & Event activities.
Key Purpose of the Job In this role, the Social Media & Event Intern is in charge of supporting the development of online & on-site activities under the supervision of the Manager.
He / She will support the Manager in drawing up quantitative and qualitative reports on the online activities and in organizing and promoting events and maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers.
He / She also has: To support the Manager in implementing and developing digital, social media activities of HQ's social media platform To support the Manager in planning and organizing events in all its phases (locations, logistics, catering, fittings, producing materials and invitations for the event, etc. ) To support the organization of online and on-site activities, to implement brand visibility To create and edit content to implement an effective communication strategy regarding events and create reports To support the Communication Team in planning social media content To support in planning the editorial calendar to ensure content is timely, relevant and engaging To manage the monthly press review and internal newsletter To support the Manager in drawing up quantitative and qualitative reports Education and skills Degree in Marketing / Communication and qualification in social media management English proficiency.
Knowledge of other languages is a plusA short experience in a similar role is a plus Office Suite proficiency; Basic knowledge of photo/video editing tools Strong interest in fashion, beauty & design area Passionate about social media, storytelling and content marketing.
