Our main services are: Inbound logistics Warehousing Value-added services Outbound logistics Distribution E-commerce Bonded warehouses Fiscal representation Automated warehouse solutions For our office in Pioltello (MI) we are looking for a Senior Logistics Engineer, Continuous Improvement Your Responsibility Work with sites to improve their processes in line with LEAN and continuous improvement methodologies Deliver project improvements with focus on identifying opportunities, process re-engineering, driving efficiency through process change and redesigning and implementing operational layout changes Provide guidance and support to sites to enable them to successfully conduct and complete Kaizen activities and through training, coaching and data analysis Develop and maintain BPE tools such as 5S & Scheduling tool, performance boards, productivity reports, utilisation reports Guide and drive our operations teams to achieve and maintain target levels on our site accreditation program Your Background: Industrial or process improvement engineering knowledge Experience gained in a similar role in any industry (preference for logistics/supply chain, manufacturing, resources or related).
