SENIOR HR ADMINISTRATION Personnel Administration - Fixed term (1 year) The objective of the role is to participate in the process of changing and improving the efficiency of the Personnel Administration function and procedures.
He will work directly reporting to the Human Resources Director, with the support of a prestigious consultancy firm and continuous alignments with members of the HR Administration team.
Responsibility The candidate, reporting directly to the HR Director , will manage the following responsibilities: Review operational flows to identify, design and implement improvements with a view to optimization - in collaboration with the daily payroll and attendance management team; Prepare documents and reports necessary for periodic checks by supervisory bodies and company management to make strategic decisions; Analyze and develop constant reports on labor costs to support management in decisions based on merit; Assist in the application of new contracts where changes arise or are implemented in existing ones; Collaborate in the implementation of new tools for managing personnel administration activities; Identify, activate and manage training courses for area collaborators ; Support management in ordinary and extraordinary operations for the topics of competence (for example: Art. 2112 civil code - maintenance of workers' rights in the event of company branch transfer); Maintain relations with the bodies (INPS, INAIL,. . . ) being the point of reference for the company on the relevant issues; Supervise and manage the provision and assignment of severance pay.
The profile sought The ideal profile, which will initially have a very focused role on organizational redesign, will have to satisfy the following requirements: Degree in Economics or Accounting Diploma or equivalent; Previous experience in the role and on the subject of at least 6 years gained in medium-large sized groups/companies - possibly matrix structured; A background in professional firms or outsourcing companies specializing in payroll and personnel administration is appreciated ; Excellent knowledge of the regulations and procedures of personnel administration ; In-depth knowledge of the Office package (in particular MS Excel); Strong communication and relational skills, analytical skills, aptitude for working both in a team and independently, precision and propensity for problem solving; A high level of confidentiality and a strong sense of responsibility for achieving the objectives linked to the role.
