SAP Buyer - Temporary Contract

We are looking for a Plant Buyer to join the Italy Purchasing Team based in Quattordio.

Working as buyer, reporting to the Italy Purchasing Manager.

You will have the following responsibilities:


• Manage the day-to-day activities necessary to purchase goods, materials, supplies, and services that meet the organization’s standards of price, quality, timing, and reliability of supply.


• Enter requests and orders into the SAP system for managerial approval and release Support the analysis of supplier proposals or quotations with terms that are in the organization’s best interest Communicate with vendors to resolve problems with the timeliness or quality of supplies.


• You will collect purchasing related data and provide management with operational reporting

Planning and purchasing


• You have worked in a factory before in a similar role


• You have a technical background


• Knowledge of specific tools as SAP and excel


• Fluent in Italian; English will be considered as a plus


• You have great analytical and decision making skills


• You are willing to challenge yourself


• Team work is something that you enjoy
