Sales Operation Junior

Manpower Perugia are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Operation Junior

Key Responsibilities:


• Sales Process Management: Ensure best practices are followed throughout the sales cycle for aseptic packaging materials, from customer order to production order and delivery.


• Graphic Communication Service: Provide regular updates to customers on the graphic development status, ensuring final design approval for packaging material printing.


• Cross- Department Collaboration: Work closely with Administration (invoicing, shipping document management), Finance (order release), and Logistics (coordinate packaging material loading and delivery, considering customer requests and logistics department transport availability).


• Sales Tools Management: Manage and optimize sales tools ( Pricing Tool, Artwork Tool) to effectively support the sales team’s needs.

Basic Requirements:


• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Foreign Languages ( English C1 – French and Spanish are a plus).


• Strong organizational skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


• Knowledge of print graphics (preferred).


• Experience with SAP systems (preferred).
