Your Role
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and structuring NM3’ s sales network in Italy and across Europe, with a particular focus on the retail and contract markets. This is a key role for the brand’ s next phase of growth and requires a mix of strategic thinking and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement a scalable sales strategy in line with NM3’ s positioning Identify and establish relationships with retailers, architects, showrooms, and contract clients Create and manage a distribution network across key European markets Collaborate with or hire local sales agents or freelancers, depending on market needs Monitor KP Is and support the achievement of revenue and expansion targets Represent the brand at trade fairs, industry events, and client meetings
Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales for design, fashion, or luxury brands Strong knowledge of retail and contract dynamics Fluent in English; Italian and European languages are a plus Excellent communication and negotiation skills Willingness to work from NM3’ s Milan office at least during the initial phase Active portfolio of industry contacts (architects, interior designers, buyers and wholesalers)
What We Offer
Full-time role with fixed salary or freelance position are both available. Performance bonus: previously agreed bonus upon reaching objectives.
