• Responsible for all aspects of creating and implementing the sales strategy, forecasting sales, and managing clients.
• Managing the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract closure.
• Monitoring and participating in tenders.
• Negotiating contracts and prices.
• Accurate and timely forecasting.
• Primary point of contact and relationship manager for a defined set of clients.
• Transforming key clients into strategic partners, fostering sustainable growth in revenue, market share, and product adoption.
• Contributing to long-term success through collaborative leadership and a constant commitment to improvement and reinvention.
• Analyzing competition and conducting market intelligence activities.
• Expanding the client base.
• Ensuring the achievement of company sales objectives.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
Qualifications:
• Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
• Solid experience (3-5 years) in sales, with a proven ability to build successful long-term client relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to provide strategic leadership, think strategically, and communicate vision effectively (both written and verbal), influencing across the organization.
• Experience in a dynamic and high-intensity sales environment.
• High level of organization and ability to manage priorities.
• Resilience in handling conflicting demands, ability to prioritize, and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Good organizational skills, including the ability to work independently and collaborate and lead multidisciplinary teams to meet agreed deadlines.
• Flexibility and a collaborative attitude.
