Are you passionate about Digital Sales and improving the customer experience? Then we are looking for you to join our Molex team. We are seeking for a Sales Development Account Manager for our EMS team (m/f/d) to develop strong relationships with our CM ( Contract Manufacturer) / EMS ( Electronic Manufacturing Services) partners, build and maintain sales pipeline and identify new business opportunities.

What You Will Do
• Drive profitable growth within the defined European CM ( Contract Manufacturer) / EMS ( Electronic Manufacturing Services) customer base.
• Pro-actively drive a strong interaction and alignment with responsible Global Account Managers / Worldwide Account Managers.
• Develop, foster, and expand customer network by applying traditional and digital sales tactics. Develop new and innovative ideas that enhance the customer’s experience.
• Manage and maintain individual pipeline.
• Support with complex Request for Quotations (RF Qs) and price negotiations.
• Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers.
• Establish and manage relationships with customer subject matter experts, appropriate customer management, product managers, Molex sales professionals and others – with the objective of maintaining and building the business.
• Working together with our customers to understand their needs, challenges, and growth opportunities, and working with them to develop and deliver a customized growth strategy.
Who You Are ( Basic Qualifications)
• Experience working in the electronics industry.
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent communication skills in English.
• Passionate about using modern communication technology to develop and perform presentations and demos virtually and thinking in a creative, non-linear fashion
• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team and engage potential customers.
• Open-minded towards digital sales tactics to grow business (i. e. digital marketing and social media).
• Ability to prioritize and operate independently and effectively.
• Experience in a sales related function (sales, account management, inside sales).
What Will Put You Ahead
• Other European languages skills.
• Electronic application and connector knowledge.
• Experience working with SAP and Salesforce.
