Sales Associate/Maternity Cover - Buccellati

How will you make an impact? You will:
• Be immaculately groomed and ready to greet clients warmly and with kindness, poised to embark on a personalized journey in the history of the Maison 


• As a front-line representative of our high jewelry Maison, you will be responsible for maximizing the sales on Heritage and Vintage collections and be accountable for ensuring each client receives an exceptional experience in line with our Buccellati values.


• act as a role model, constantly nurture relationships with clients to generate sales leads while building sincere and durable relationships.  


• Be responsible for processing cash and card payments, balancing cash registers with receipts.

How will you experience success with us?


• Fluent in Italian, English, and Chinese


• Previous experience in the luxury retail industry in a sales function


• Strong sense of luxury service and aesthetics, with a deep passion for Arts


• Able to represent the Buccellati Maison at all times


• Excellent communication and storytelling skills 


• Result and action oriented with a strong drive for KP Is


• Team player with good interpersonal competences and empathy


• Strong attention to details, able to adapt to a fast and slow work environment 


• Commercial mindset with a strong approach to local clients, with an established local client portfolio 


• Existing client connections within the Venetian luxury market 


• Strong understanding of the luxury market in Venice


• Digital affinity and experience with CRM via apps
